Neil Jones
Neil Jones is a freelance public relations and training consultant and journalist. A former motor sport journalist, he has worked in marketing and public relations for over thirty years both in-house and for well-known consultancies. He has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years and has an in-depth knowledge of and interest in health and safety issues.
As well as writing and editing a number of internal publications, he edited and wrote the specialist Communicators magazine for the Institute of Internal Communications (formerly the British Association of Communicators in Business), during which time he interviewed and wrote about internal communications in a wide variety of organisations.
Neil is an occasional contributor to the culture pages in The Times and The Sunday Times Scotland and to the Scottish national newspapers, The Herald and The Scotsman.
