Brad is an experienced oil & gas L&D professional with a proven ability over two decades in effectively addressing people development challenges.
He is comfortable in all aspects of L&D from performance management and identifying capability needs through to design, delivery and measurement of high-impact courses, workshops and team effectiveness events. His experience in the upstream industry spans 5 continents (including leading and facilitating significant training projects and setting up capability "Centres of Excellence" in West Africa), working in corporate teams and in consulting roles, means his approach is always pragmatic and operationally effective while still being carefully aligned to organisational culture, values and business priorities and processes.
Brad has consistently worked in cost-constrained environments and have developed a focussed approach to deliver great people development, through insightful needs analysis, targeting of interventions and understanding of the training market. I have worked with large corporate energy companies, government agencies in the energy sector, and training companies.
