Registration
Registration is on a first come first served basis.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card on the Eventbrite booking site, or via invoice upon request.
Upon an invoice request Esanda Engineering Limited will issue an invoice by email which is payable upon receipt in the nominated currency. Taxes such as VAT will be added where required. Any bank charges incurred in connection with payment must be added to the payment. The course fee includes course delivery, course materials and lunch, plus morning and afternoon refreshments as required. Travel, accommodation, living and incidental costs are not included in the course fee; these costs are the responsibility of the registrant.
Esanda recommends that participants use the recommended hotel(s) and logistics providers for the courses and also to book directly with them. Any third party bookings or alternative arrangements made by the client, remain the full responsibility of the client.
Confirmation of the course will be sent three (3) weeks prior to commencement and will include course details, including program, course location and any other relevant information.
The registration deadline is 28 days prior to course start date. Registrations within 28 days of the course start date will be accepted if places available.
Full course fees are due upon receipt of invoice and must be received prior to course commencement.
Participants will be refused admission to any course if the course fee is not fully paid prior to commencement.
Participants are responsible for any visas, medical and travel insurance, and transportation costs.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund or transfer to another course (any difference will be refunded if lower in cost or payable if higher in cost to the paid course).
Cancellations received within 30 days of the course start date will be non-refundable.
Failure to attend the course without advance notification (no-show) will be subject to the full course fee.
Substitutions
Participant substitution is allowed at any stage and does not incur any additional charges. Written notification should be provided 7 days prior to course commencement to ensure any dietary or accessibility requirements can be catered for.
If notification is received within 7 days of course commencement we will endeavour to cater for any special requirements, subject to the venue facilities available, but cannot guarantee them.
Changes
Esanda Engineering Limited reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course(s) at any time with the decision being made 14 days prior to course commencement and notification provided in writing to all participants. Any payment received will be refunded in full. Please be aware of this prior to making any travel, visa or accommodation bookings.
Esanda Engineering Limited cannot accept liability for any costs incurred due to changes in date, venue or location. Participants are responsible for acquiring all the necessary documentation, such as visas and letters of introduction etc. Refunds for failure to obtain the necessary travel documentation will not be a valid reason for a refund of the course cost(s).
Esanda Engineering Limited reserves the right to substitute a course instructor if necessary.
Privacy Statement
Esanda Engineering Limited may use participant contact information to provide updates; request course evaluations; and provide information on future courses in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Copyright of Material belongs to Esanda and/or the course instructor. Unauthorised copying of the course material is strictly prohibited. The use of any recording device during a course is strictly prohibited.
Course Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of a course and will be presented by the course instructor on the final day. Participants must attend a minimum of 80% of the course to be eligible to receive a course certificate.
Esanda Engineering Limited is not liable for situations of “force majeure”, such as acts of god, strikes, acts of war, government regulations or illness beyond its control.
