El Sr. Pérez Paris cuenta con más de 26 años de experiencia internacional en el sector energético en puestos técnicos y gerenciales predominantemente adquiridos con Dow, Schlumberger y consultoras especializadas. Actualmente es socio fundador y director de Ramp Energy Consulting, una consultora internacional con sede en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Cuenta con una amplia experiencia en operaciones de campo, especializaciones técnicas, así como también en desarrollo comercial. Sus asignaciones incluyeron posiciones en América Latina, Europa y África sobre construcción e intervención de pozos, ingeniería de estimulación, fracturamiento hidráulico, optimización de producción, y recursos no convencionales.
El Sr. Pérez Paris es autor de 28 publicaciones técnicas en prestigiosos congresos, y tiene una patente sobre el sistema de recuperación de agente de sosten de estimulación offshore en Noruega. Lideró las primeras completaciones en exploraciones de gas no convencional shale y tight en Europa y el norte de África. Cuenta con experiencia en aspectos de integridad de pozo para almacenamiento de gas subterráneo y proyectos geotérmicos adquiridos en Europa, participando en foros de la industria con publicaciones técnicas relacionadas. Es Ingeniero Electrónico graduado en la Universidad San Juan Bosco, con estudios en Petróleo y Reservorios de la Universidad de Tulsa, cursos en Marketing de la Harvard Business School y graduado Master en Negocios Internacionales por la Universidad Robert Gordon en Escocia con disertación sobre las ‘Capacidades de la Argentina para desarrollar a largo plazo y satisfacer demandas energéticas, a partir de formaciones shale/tight gas y energias renovables. Completo recientemente la diplomatura en Desarrollo y Financiamiento de Proyectos Energía Renovable en el UCEMA, Buenos Aires.
